Shipping Policy — Panamaniac Coffee

We roast our coffee to order in Seattle, Washington, and ship roasted coffee within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are roasted and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days — thank you for your patience.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship via USPS and UPS to U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO addresses. Typical transit time is 2 to 5 business days once your order ships. Delivery delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at ed@panamaniaccoffee.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
